Why user cannot fill out form when I deleted the submission data?

    HOla, tengo un formulario que solo se puede registrar una sola vez cada participante, pero si lo hacen con algun error, lo borramos y nos gustaría que si el participante intenta de nuevo registrarse pueda hacerlo, sin desbloquear los registros repetidos. Pero le sale el letrero de no poder hacerlo aunque ya fue borrado su registro.


    Hay alguna forma de borrar el bloqueo sin quitar la opción de no repetir?

    Now, coming back to your question, can select the no check on the unique submission? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
    2. On Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
    3. Scroll down, on Unique Submission, and select the No Check on the dropdown menu.

    Take note that if you just deleted the submission data, it will take 30 days to be permanently deleted from your tables. I would suggest when you delete the submission data, you have to purge or permanently delete that submission.

    ya borre definitivamente los registros , pero los participantes siguen recibiendo el mismo error de que ya lo llenaron y no quiero quitar la opcion de duplicado, para que no tomen los cupos.
