Now, coming back to your question, first you need to add all the fields in your form using the Form Calculation widget so you can get the total points of their answer. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Form Calculation widget and click the Wand icon.

2. Click the Add Field button and add all the fields of your form with values.

3. Click Save and you're done.

Doing this you can create conditions based on the scored points to change the email that each user will receive. You can check this guide to know more about this. Also, Jotform have a built in integration with Mailchimp, however this does not allow you to create conditional mailing list. You would need to check with Mailchimp platform instead if they support the condition that you're trying to setup.
