Estoy probando la asistentes pero tengo una duda cómo hago para que el asistente que en un estado de reposo por ejemplo por ponerle un nombre y que me transfiera con una asistente no virtual sino con un usuario para alguna pregunta que tenga demás por ejemplo digamos que preguntas sobre algo de lo que no ha sido entrenado o que no tiene la respuesta cómo sale un diálogo que diga contactar con usuario y que me llegue un mensaje a mí o alguna notificación para atender a esa persona en el Chat de WhatsApp

In order to trigger your AI Agent to provide your contact information for questions that needs a real human to answer, you need to identify common questions that may go unanswered so you can add it to your AI agent knowledge base. Also, if you want to talk to the user directly, you can Take Over the chat from the AI Agent. Take Over allows you to have direct interaction with your users. You can use it directly in the Conversations section of the Agent.
If you want to use it on the go, we have our Take Over Mobile App. To be notified every time a chat is started with your AI Agent, you can turn on the Notification Emails.
