Formulario con Geolocalizador

Buenas tardes Srs;

tengo la necesidad de crear un formulario que me capture la geolocalización de la persona que hará el llenado desde su dispositivo, sin embargo al momento de insertar el widget muestra un error, por favor solicito el apoyo de ustedes, gracias

I understand that you're experiencing an error with the geolocation widget on your form. This issue the issue is related to the Google Maps API key. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try to replace the Google Maps API key to see if the issue replicates on your end? Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the wand icon on the left side of the Geolocation widget.
2. In the Geolocation Widget Settings, replace the Google maps API Key.
3. Click on the Update button.
