Hi cimeiformularios,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, there is no direct way to extract specific data on a cell and pass it to a different sheet. But you can easily create a new tab and filter data to view specific details in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to create a new tab first:
1. In Jotform Tables, click on New Tab at the top of the page next to your tabs.
2. In the menu that opens, select Table and click on Next.
3. Now, select Connect to form, and click on Next again.
4. Select the same form, and click on Next.
5. Then, click on the Checkbox next to Select All at the top of the page, and click on the Create button, and you’re done.
1. While in Jotform Tables, click on the Filter button next to the search bar.
2. In the menu that opens, click on All Submissions.
3. In the dropdown menu, you can filter submissions by All Submissions, Unread, Read, Starred, or Unstarred within a specific timeframe.
4. Once you’re done, click on Apply Filter.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
