    Now, coming back to your question, is the account you're trying to reset the password for associated with the email address freemeteo51@gmail.com, which you are also using to contact us? When I check, it shows that the account is currently deleted. If this is the account you're trying to access, I can reinstate it with your confirmation. However, if you are referring to a different email address, can you share it with us so that I can check it out and see what’s going on?

    I've gone ahead and reinstated your account. You can now try to access it or resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
