Bonjour,
J'ai fait des modifications sur mon formulaire. Celles-ci sont bien visible en back office mais n'apparaissent ni dans l'aperçu, ni sur la version front.
Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. But after clearing the form caches, the changes you made to your form have now appeared. If the issue persists, I recommend clearing your form caches. Let me show you how:
- On the My Forms page, click your Avatar in the upper right corner.
- Go to Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on Clear Cache right next to Form Caches.
