PDF Editor - Choix multiple ajoutant br après chaque option dans le nom du PDF

Bonjour,
BASE_N1_SETE est la base de composition de mon pdf

Pour l'instant sur mon pdf il est libéllé :

Exemple : 1-MONTPELLIER-MEDITERRANÉE-METROPOLE-NA.pdf

Je souhaiterai rajouter 1-Solo Technique-MONTPELLIER-MEDITERRANÉE-METROPOLE-NA.pdf

Pouvez vous me guider dans les option du pdf ?

Merci de contacter l'assistance Jotform. Pour ajouter le champ épreuve dans le nom du fichier PDF, c'est facile, laissez-moi de vous montrer comment faire. 

1. Allez dans l'Editeur PDF.
2. Cliquez su l'engrenage à droite de la page.
3. A la section Nom du Fichier PDF, cliquez sur le crayon.
4. Ckiquez sur + Champs du formulaire, et sélectionnez le champ à insérer.
5. Puis ajoutez le complément du nom du fichier, et vous y êtes.

Ce qui donne, dans le PDF attaché à l'email de notification:

Faites un essai et dites-nous comment ça se passe.

Now, coming back to your question, I see in the PDF name that you shared that there's the added text that's not present in the field. I've tested this on my forms, and I'm getting the same issue. Where each option has an added Br after it. It seems that the issue is how this field reports the values to the PDF Editor, resulting in the extra text for each option. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience.

While we're waiting for the developers, I came up with this workaround. As a workaround for that, you can use a Form Calculation Widget. However, it will only work for future submissions, or submissions that are edited from now on. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder you can add a Form Calculation widget from the menu on the left.

2. Then you can open the Widget Settings.

3. In the Widget Settings, you can click on Add Field.

4. Select the Multiple Choice field here that you're using for the PDF Name.

5. Once it's added, click on the 0-9 icon to change it to A-Z. This is to make sure that the field is handled as text.

6. Then you can click on Save.

7. You can also hide the extra field, as it won't be used by your form submitters directly. You can do this by right-clicking on the field and selecting Hide.

8. Before heading to the PDF Editor, you can also set your own name for the new field to make it easier to find.

9. Head over to the PDF Editor.

10. For the PDF File Name, you can now replace EPREUVES with your new widget.

But do keep in mind, that older submissions where this new field is still empty won't have any information for the PDF name. So this workaround is only for future submissions and submissions that you go back and edit so that the field automatically updates.

Votre proposition est très intéressante, mais pour mes 122 soumissions précédentes ce n'est pas fait donc cette solution je ne la mettrais pas en place pour ce formulaire mais pour les suivants ok

Merci de revenir vers nous. Si vous avez besoin de changer le nom des PDF de ces 122 soumissions avant la mise à jour qui est en cours, notez qu'il existe des outils pour Windows qui vous permettent de le faire. Voyez par exemple dans ce forum tenforum.

J'ai des br lorsque je télécharge fichier pdf un à un ? j'ai seulement inversé la présentation du pdf
