Now, let me help you with your question. Can you please share us the link to your form in which you're facing the difficulty with? So I can check it out and help you with a solution. Because when I checked both the forms present in your account, there is no PDF Embedder widget present on it.

Also, on my end I added PDF Embedder widget in my demo form, and I was able to access it without any difficulty. Refer to the below screencast :

It seems that you succeeded in uploading your PDF file to the widget Intégrateur de PDF. Indeed, since your PDF file is 1155 pages long, it's possible that it took some time to encode it to embed it in the form.
