How to Show Empty Form Fields?

Est-il possible qu’une question pour laquelle il n’y a pas eu de réponse apportée reste apparente dans le formulaire après qu’il a été soumis ?

Now, coming back to your question, do you mean to show the empty questions in the email as well? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
2. Select Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Hover your mouse over your Notification and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
4. Go to the Advanced tab and toggle Hide Empty Fields to Off.
5. Select Save at the bottom when finished.

But if you are referring to the PDF. You can also display empty fields. 

1. In Form Builder, open the app selector panel in the upper-left corner.
2. Select PDF Editor.
3. In the PDF Editor, open PDF Settings on the right.
4. Uncheck Hide empty form fields.
