Bonjour
Est-il possible qu’une question pour laquelle il n’y a pas eu de réponse apportée reste apparente dans le formulaire après qu’il a été soumis ?

Now, coming back to your question, do you mean to show the empty questions in the email as well? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
- Select Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Hover your mouse over your Notification and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Go to the Advanced tab and toggle Hide Empty Fields to Off.
- Select Save at the bottom when finished.
But if you are referring to the PDF. You can also display empty fields.- In Form Builder, open the app selector panel in the upper-left corner.
- Select PDF Editor.
- In the PDF Editor, open PDF Settings on the right.
- Uncheck Hide empty form fields.
