When I checked our system, I saw that you already edited your Thank You Page as seen in the screenshot below:
Unfortunately, for the Jotform Sign email notification, it is not possible to edit it. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Yes, I did edit the Thank you, but it's the only place I found that can be edited. I was just wondering if there was others places I can do the same🙂
I will find a way to manage the "english only" issue with the customers, but if you ending up work on a way to edit in different language, I'll be happy to use it!So what would be the next step for me if I want to use the form on a daily basis? Do I have to subscribe/pay something?Best regards,
