Yes, you can add your forms into a single app. It's easy, let me show you how to do it. 

1. In page Mes Applis, click on Créer une application.
2. Select Partir de zéro.
3. In the left panel for Eléments de l'application, select Formulaire.
4. Select the forms to add to your app.
5. Click on Ajouter des formulaires.
6. And you're done. You can move a form button to change its position in the list and, on the right side, click on the Pencil icon to open the form in the form builder, or on the Gear icon to edit the form button settings.
