Pourquoi je ne peux pas soumettre mon formulaire ?

est-ce-que pour l'option "Soumission auto du formulaire" c'est normal que je mets l'option OUI et quand je teste le formulaire et que j'arrive à la dernière étape et que tous les champs sont remplis le formulaire ne se termine pas !
