L'accès au formulaire na marche pas, je pense que c'est encore parce que j'avais atteint le niveau de stockage, mais j'ai pu résoudre ça hier et pourtant le lien ne fonctionne pas aujourd'hui
Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?
Y a t-il une manip a faire lorsque ça arrive ?Merci et belle journée

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it doesn't have any issues regarding storage. Your current storage stats are:
Submissions: 1 / 120
Uploads: 57.4 MB / 100.0 MB
Form View: 18 / 1,000
You can check your storage limits on your account's settings here.
Also, I was able to open both of your forms normally. Here's a screencast:
Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for getting back to us with these details. As for y colleague, I was able to open both of your two forms without any issue. You might want to check out the number of your forms views in their Analytics page to check out who and when people reached your forms. Let me show you how to do it.
- Click on the downward arrow or the menu on the right side of the Jotform logo in the top left corner.
- Select Analyse des données de traffic.
- Once done, you can see the number of views per period of time according to the selected tab at the top of the page.
I cleared your form cache which can help to fix temporary issues, Can you clear your browser cache, or open a private session in the browser, and make a new try? If the issue stills, can you provide us the URL in used to open the form?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
