J'aimerais savoir comment faire un survery et la prochaine question es different selon la réponse qu"il donne
Example:
Have you used earplugs at a festival before?
•If no, Would you buy earplugs for a festival?
•If Yes, Would you continue protecting your ears for those occasions
Et a til une option pour changer le survey soit en anglais ou français -

Hi Gauthier,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Jotform's Conditions feature lets you show questions based on the answers that people gave. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (I used Short Text fields in this example).
3. Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.
4. Now, right-click on the fields, and in the menu that opens, click on Hide.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
4. Set the conditions like you see below:
Set up Conditions for all of the choices for your question. Check out the screencast below to see how your form will work after setting up the Conditions:
I answered your other question on a new thread. You can go ahead and check that out here.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
