lorsque je clique sur le formulaire sur lequel je veux voir les soumissions, je n'ai plus la possibilité de voir les soumissions, de remplir ou de modifier mon formulaire à partir de ma tablette avec jotform mobile

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
As for your concern, can you make sure that you have the latest version of the app? We suggest uninstalling the current app and then re-installing it again, you can download it from App Store and PlayStore. Also, can you try to sync the data on the mobile app? Let me show you how:
1. Open your Jotform Mobile App, and click on the Gear icon.
2. Then click on Sync Your Data.
Make sure to try the below troubleshooting methods:
- Update the Jotform App to the latest version
- Try restarting your devices
- Log out and log back in
