I created a form for Lunch box delivery. The only issue I have is that I cant seem to be able to integrate a delivery date options. I want to offer multiple delivery dates options So that they avoid having to create a new form per delivery date. Is that possible?

Hi Rita,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use our Configurable List widget and adjust it to show only the calendar. If users need to add additional delivery dates, they can simply add another calendar. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, select Configurable List, and drag and drop the widget to your form.
- Configure your fields in Widget Settings.
