Bonjour,

Hi cheapbreak42,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to suspend a specific user from accessing out your form. But, you can add a condition for them not to be able to submit the form. If the form already have an email field, and you know his/her email address, you can use the email address value as the identifier that will trigger the condition. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab at the top.
2. Click on the Conditions tab on the left side panel.
3. Select Show/Hide Field element from the options.
4. Set a similar condition below:
Check out the screencast below to see how it will work:
You can just then disable or delete the condition if you want the user to access the form again.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
