Formulaire hors quota lorsque vous remplissez le formulaire

Bonjour,

J'ai terminé le challenge Asics Strava 5k et lorsque je laisse mes coordonnées sur votre site Jotform j'ai ce message:

"Form over quota

This form has passed it's allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment.

Try contacting the owner of this form."

Je ne comprend pas ce message puisque le challenge n'est pas terminé (fin le 29/09/24)!

Pouvez vous m'inscrire à ce challenge Strava Asics 5k?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I have checked the form owner reached their account plan limits which is why you can't complete it. I suggest contacting the form owner about the error so they can contact us directly.
