Sur le pdf je souhaite que le champ "mode de calcul des charges" ne s'affiche pas si le champ "montant des charges" du formulaire n'est pas renseigné
comment faire ?

Hi Sarah,
Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. Unfortunately, there's no way to conditionally display a field in the submissions PDF. It doesn't support scripts to behave like the form. But you can create two different PDF templates, one is showing the "mode de calcul des charges" and the other is hiding this field. Now, create two Autoresponder where one is attaching the PDF that displays this field, and the other has the PDF that is hiding this field.
Then use the Change Email Recipient condition to conditionally send the corresponding Autoresponder email based on the status of the field. It's easy to set the Email notifications based on the answers of people who fill your form. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and then select Change Email Recipient. (If you already have a condition set, first click on Add Condition, then select Change Email Recipient.)
3. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:
You can also check out our guide explaining How to Send Emails Based on a User's Answer.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
