Bonjour,
J’ai un gros problème sur mon formulaire « commande En ligne V2 ».
je ne reçois aucune nouvelle soumission dans ma boîte de réception et je ne reçois aucun mail alors que j’ai mis en place un répondeur automatique et mes clients ne reçoive aucun mail non plus.Sauf que le formulaire fonctionne et les gens peuvent payer. Donc les gens peuvent commander mais personne de notre équipe est au courant et peut vérifier si nous avons une nouvelle commande ou non.

Now, coming back to your question,Since you're not receiving emails and they aren't showing in your inbox, it's possible that the submission is incomplete. You can check if the form submission is incomplete by reviewing it in your Jotform Tables. Here's how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, select the form you want to check for incomplete submissions.
- In the upper-left corner, next to the Create Form button, click on Submissions.
- In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.
- In the Incomplete Submissions menu, hover over the submission and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.
If it doesn't show in your incomplete submissions in Jotform Tables, can you share your form link so we can test it on our end?

Bonjour,
Je comprends l'anglais, donc pas de problème.
Non, les soumissions ne sont pas incomplètes, car j'utilise un processus de paiement avec Stripe. Mes clients vont jusqu'à la dernière étape, qui est de payer.
Sur mon reporting Stripe, j'ai bien le paiement du client, donc le formulaire a bien été complété, mais je n'ai aucune notification ou quoi que ce soit.
Tout fonctionnait bien il y a encore une semaine.

Can you provide us with the latest transaction in your Stripe showing the payment is successful? It's important that the date is shown in the screenshot. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
Also, looking at your form now, it seems that you have removed the Stripe integration. Is this something you've purposely done?
