Hello Veronique,
One basic troubleshooting step for fixing issues with your Autoresponder is to remove the Autoresponder email and then add it back. This often solves the problem. When you Set up an Autoresponder Email, your customers will receive emails about their submissions after they fill out the form.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- On the right side of the Autoresponder field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Autoresponder Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
