Je souhaiterais savoir s'il est possible sur des questionnaires avec plusieurs thèmes de faire un sous total pour chaque thème, et si le candidat n'a pas obtenu la moyenne sur un thème que nous soyons prévenu, qu'il y ait un avertisseur quand le test est fini.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to calculate sum of 2 fields in Jotform, you can use Form Calculation widget and calculate the total easily and after that you can use conditions to either end the form or show a message to the user on thank you page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, enter Form Calculation in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form
3. Select the Form Calculation widget, click on the Wand icon.
4. Click on Add field and choose fields you want to calculate total. Also add + icon between fields & click on Save button.

Now, let's set a condition to show a custom message on the Thank you page.

1. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

3. Click on + Add condition and choose Change Thank you page.

4. Set condition as below picture:

In case if you want to calculate sum of single choice or multiple choice fields, you'll have to set the calculation values for the choices, and then you can use the above steps to calculate sum of fields.
