Comment permettre aux répondants de visualiser leurs documents téléchargés

Bonjour j'a créé un modèle de fiche de non conformité et j'ai donné la possibilité à l'utilisateur de charger des documents.

J'ai paramétré un email qui envoi la pièce jointe en pdf et le lien vers le document chargé.

La personne qui reçoit l'email, quand elle clique sur le lien ne peut pas ouvrir le document

L'application lui demande de se connecter à JOTFORM, et après ça, lui annonce quelle n'est pas connectée au bon compte.

Comment je peux rendre cette pièce jointe accessible à tous ??

Now, coming back to your question, if you want your respondents to be able to view their uploaded documents, you'll have to enable it from your account settings. Let me walk you through this:

1. On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Select Settings from the dropdown.
3. Select Security from the left side window.
4. Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
