Hi Fondation_Cassin_administration,
If I understand it correctly, you want to send a request to the user that submits the form with a pending payment. If that's so, you can set up request submission updates in Jotform Tables and manually click on Send Update Request on your preferred submission. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In My Forms, tick the checkbox of your preferred form.
2. Click on Submissions next to Reports on the upper part of the screen.3. In Tables, scroll to the right, click on Add column on the right part of the screen.
4. Click on the Buttons tab next to the Connection tab.
5. Click on Request Update below Send PDF.
6. Click on Next on the lower-right part of the Add A New Column modal.7. Type your preferred column name on Enter A Column Name field.
8. Click on Next on the lower-right part of the Request Update modal.9. Click on Fields on the right part of Recipient Addresses field.
10. Tick the checkbox of your preferred Email field.11. Type your preferred description below Email field on Recipient Addresses field.
12. Click on Create Column on the lower-right part of the Request Update modal.13. Click on Send Update Request on your preferred submission.
