Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have French Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Hi Toujoursensemble,
When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, it seems that one of your Show/Hide Field conditional logic is causing your form to hide the Submit button on page 10. Could you try to disable this condition and see if it makes a difference? Here's how to do it:
- Select the Submit button on page 10 and click on the Conditions icon.
- Hover your mouse over the second condition and click on the Gear icon.
- Select the Disable option.

You can test my demo form or clone it to see the changes made in the cloned form. Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

The issue is about your conditions. You have missing fields in the conditions. Please correct them first.

Normally, Jotform highlights these missing fields.
