Bonjour,
Mon compte à été suspendu et j'aimerai pouvoir le récupérer.
Je travail pour l'entreprise Digiwebwork, une entreprise de création de site internet.
Le formulaire que je mettais au point était un formulaire que je comptais envoyer à mes clients et mettre en avant sur mon site internet me permettant de récolter des informations sur mon client et sur ce qu'il désire concernant la création de son site internet.
Dans le lien envoyer ci-dessous ce trouve mon site internet qui est encore en développement et sur la première page il y a un bouton "remplir le formulaire" qui mène à un questionnaire.
Je comptais remplacer ce formulaire par celui que j'ai crée sur votre site.

Now, coming back to your question. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Website Questionnaire Form that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
To reactivate the account, we typically delete the offending form immediately so that you can recreate it after changing your account email address to a corporate email. But, if you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:
- Send us the URL where your form is used.
- Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
- Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 20208611 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
