Problèmes avec mes formulaires.

Bonjour,

Il semble qu'il y est des problèmes lorsque je souhaites afficher mes formulaires.

Le plus récent a été créé début 2024 - peut-être avez vous fait une MAJ depuis qui le rend inopérant ? Ou alors le problème est-il passager ?
