Remonter email vers Google ads grâce a google tag manager

Bonjour,

Dans l'optique d'améliorer nos statistiques sur Google Ads, nous cherchons un moyen d'envoyer l'email de l'utilisateur avec GTM suite à la soumission du formulaire.

Nous utilisons des formulaires de type "une question par page" donc nous aimerions savoir s'il existe un moyen de remonter les infos de l'utilisateur facilement à l'aide d'un widget ou d'une solution officielle.

First, thank you for your help.

What we want to do is to send the email of the form submission to able with Google Tag Manager and Adds to have some stats. Actually we add the email to the redirect url, then we have a script that get this url parameter, but we think that is not very beautiful.

We would like to be able to obtain this data directly on our site by "listening to" the iframe. So that we could get the email value without sending it in url parameters.

You can find the Jotform API doc following this link.

If you want to track submissions with Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics widget on your Jotform and then import them to Google Ads. This widget allows you to add your Google Analytics tracking ID to your form and send custom events to Google Analytics. You can add it following the steps below:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Paramètres.
2. In the left panel, select Integrations.
3. Using the Search bar, search for Google analytics, and choose the one fitting your needs.
4. As shown below, these integrations are based on Zapier, so you'll need to have a Zapier account to enable and set them.

You can also create a custom HTML page with your Google Ads conversion tracking code and redirect your form users to that page after submission. This way, you can track conversions on that page in Google Ads. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Paramètres.
2. In the left panel, click on Page de remerciements
3. Click on Rediriger vers un lien externe après soumission
4. dAnd inform the URL with your Google Ads conversion tracking code.

And finally, you can also use the source code of your form to embed it on your website to set up a GTM account and add the GTM code to your form code. You also need to configure your Google Analytics account to track conversions. You might also want to check out the following guides:

Tout d'abord merci pour le lien vers la doc API. Il serait appréciable de changer les liens sur vos sites car ils renvoient tous vers le mauvais lien.

Nous avons déjà essayé vos solutions, seulement ce que nous essayons de faire concerne Google Ads et Tag Manager.
En tout cas l'extension Google Analytics n'est pas présente dans les extensions

Ensuite, nous n'avons également pas accès au code source (car notre formulaire est en mode "une questions par page"


Pour finir, le lien de redirection après la soumission du jotform ne permet pas de récupérer les données de l'utilisateur sans ajouter manuellement le champ en paramètre d'url...

En effet, l'URL de la doc de l'API a changé récemment, les liens ne sont donc as tous à jour, j'en ferai part à nos développeurs, merci de l'avoir fait remarquer. A propos de l'accès aux intégrations Google Analytics, elles ne sont effectivement pas accessibles avec le format de formulaire en cartes, une question par page.

Pour rediriger vers un URL incluant les champs du formulaire, c'est facile, Permettez-moi de vous montrer comment faire. Dans un premier, il ss'gait d'obtenir le Nom Unique des champs à insérer dans l'URL. Pour ce faire,

1. Dans le Générateur de Formulaires, sélectionner le champ à insérer et cliquez sur l'Engrenage.
2. Dans le panneau de doite des réglages du champ, allez à l'onglet Avancés.
3. A la section Détails du champ, cliquer sur le flèche à droite.
4. Notez le Nom Unique du champ.

Vous pouvez ensuite intégrer ces noms uniques des champs, entre crochets, dans votre URL pour en récupérer les valeurs saisies.

Ainsi, dans votre URL, les données du champ adresse n'est pas {textAdresse} comme spécifié, mais simplement {adresse}:
