Bonjour,
Sur le Formulaire Visite Sécurité Temsol, une soumission est complètement en erreur, sans raison particulière, c'est un cas isolé incompréhensible, les autres ne présentent pas cette erreur :
c'est celle de Marion BETUING

Now, coming back to your question. If the submission you have received is in the form of a PDF, can you try downloading it again to see if the issue persists? Also, can you share the submission ID, so that we can check it out? Let me show you how to do it:
- Open your form in Tables and click on Columns in the navigation bar.
- Click on the Checkbox icon next to Submission ID.
- Now you will see the submission ID next to the submissions.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
