Now, coming back to your question, it is possible to change the single choice style in the PDF. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click Customize Style beside the Original PDF File option.

3. In PDF Builder, select the Single Choice Style you want in the Original PDF Settings.

4. Click Apply Changes to apply the selected style and save the changes.
