Bonjour j'aimerais masquer la page suivante et envoyer directement le formulaire dès la première page.

Je voudrais ne passer par le dernier écran.

You can easily remove the Next button on the first and last page and add a Submit button instead. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, select the Next button on your last page and click the Trash icon.
2. Select the Next button on the first page and click the Trash icon.
3. Now, click on Add Element and add the Submit button on the first page of your form.

That's it. Test your form, and you will see that the submit button is now showing in your form. Check out the screencast below for the result:
