Comment afficher conditionnellement les champs du formulaire lors de l'édition des soumissions ?

Bonjour, j'ai un formulaire à renseigner en 3 fois.

Je veux afficher le 1er bloc et les masquer 2 suivants, et permettre à l'utilisateur d'envoyer le formulaire

PUIS

Le premier réceptionnaire quand il ouvre le formulaire reçu, j'affiche le 2ème bloc et bloque la modification du 1er bloc. Pour cela j'utilise le lien URL, en testant si l'URL contient "edit".

Le premier réceptionnaire envoie ensuite au dernier réceptionnaire.

PUIS

Le dernier réceptionnaire quand il ouvre le formulaire, je voudrais afficher le 3ème bloc et bloquer en modification les 2 premiers. Je n'ai aucune solution pour ça.

Now, coming back to your question, you can add the Get Form Page URL widget to your form, then set up conditions, so that the section of the form intended for the 2nd and last recipient will only be visible to them if they edit the submission. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element, and go to the Widgets tab.
2. Search for and select Get Form Page URL.

Then, let's set up the conditions:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left, select Conditions.
3. Click on Add Condition and select Show/Hide field.

Set the condition as you see below:

Lastly, you need to add the Edit Link to the Autoresponder Email:

1. Still, under Settings, go to Emails.
2. Hover your mouse over Autoresponder Email, and click on the Pencil icon to edit.
3. Click on the Form Fields button, and select Edit Link.
4. Click on Save.
