Bonjour, Le bouton submit a disparu du formulaire en ligne alors qu’il est bien dans le mode Création. Comment faire ?

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form? If yes, I have reviewed the form and the Submit button is visible as shown in the screenshot.
Take note that the Submit button will only be visible when selecting Intempéries under the field Effectué since you have a Show/Hide condition as shown in the screenshot.
You can make the Submit button visible regardless of what is selected under the field Effectué by removing it from the condition. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Hover your cursor over the condition #3 and click on the Pencil icon.
4. On the right side of Submit, click on the Dash icon to remove it.
5. Click on Save.
