Now, coming back to your question, I checked, and your account is on overlimit status with 398 out of 100 submissions limits, 3517 form views out of your 1000 limit and 1401 submissions out of your 500 limit. I'm afraid we cannot increase your account limits to accommodate more submissions. You will need to wait for your submissions and form view limit to reset on the first day of the month, and delete more submissions to free your total submission storage or upgrade your account.

Unfortunately, deleting submissions won’t reset your monthly limits. The only way to continue using your forms is to upgrade your account or wait for your monthly reset date. You can check your monthly limits reset date from your Account Usage page. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
2. In the dropdown, click on Settings.
3. Now, go to the Usage tab and check your monthly limit reset day.

You need to delete old submissions from your account, as you've exceeded the 500 total submissions allowed for Starter. You can download the submissions first if you think you might need them later. You can follow this guide to learn how to delete submissions. Keep in mind that this will not reset or reduce your monthly submission count, it will only decrease the number of submissions stored in your account.
