Bonjour,
J'ai un abonnement de base et je souhaiterais savoir si j'ai le droit à 500 soumissions au total ou à 100 soumissions par mois SVP ?
A priori c'est 100 soumissions par mois d'après la liste des formules mais quand je consulte mon utilisation c'est basé sur un maximum de 500.

Now, coming back to your question, regarding your current Starter (Free) Plan, you have a limit of 100 submissions per month, which resets each month. The 500 total submission storage refers to the maximum number of submissions that can be stored in your account at any time. If you reach this limit, you would need to delete and purge older submissions to make space for new ones, or consider upgrading your plan to increase both monthly and total submission storage.
It's great to see that you're actively using the usage limit page, it’s a good way to keep track of your current usage and make sure that you stay within your plan's limits. If you're considering upgrading, I’d recommend looking at other potential limits based on your needs. For example, the Bronze plan offers 1,000 monthly submissions and 10,000 total submission storage, which might suit your requirements if you anticipate higher activity.
It also increases available space, monthly form views, and other limits that could support your form usage. You can check the Jotform Pricing page to see the different plans and their limits.

Comment réinitialiser le total des soumissions sachant que j'ai activé la suppression automatique à 90 jours ?

Hi Stephane,
Unlike your monthly limits, the total submission storage does not reset every month. Instead, you have to permanently delete submissions to free up some total submission usage. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Tables, select the submissions to delete.
- Next, click on the Delete button at the upper right.
- On the pop-up window, click on the Move To Trash button to confirm deleting the submissions.
The deleted submission will remain in the Trashed Entries folder for 30 days before it gets purged. Unless the submissions are purged, it will still count towards your total submission usage. Let's continue on how to purge them. Let's do it:
- In your submission tables, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
- Select the Trashed Entries.
- Then, select the deleted entries
- Click on the Delete Forever button.

Après avoir tout vérifié, j'ai 76 soumissions
Pourtant le total affiché est de 160
Et le global de 422
Comment je peux faire pour bien nettoyer tout ça SVP ?

Hi Stephane,
I’ve manually recalculated your limit and cleared your account’s cache, and it appears that this has resolved the issue. You can also clear your form's cache, although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
