Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form's condition and can see that you've already set the field hidden in the first condition. Take a look at the screenshot below:
When you create a new set of conditions, it can cause issues by triggering both selected options. This happens because the second set of conditions is configured to show the field that is supposed to be hidden. Take a look at the screenshot below:
To fix this, I would suggest removing Field 18 B-R1 and 19 B-R2 in the condition that is set as Shows Multiple. Let me show you how:
- In Smart PDF Forms, click the Settings on the navigation bar.
- On the left side menu, select Conditions and click the Pen icon of the condition.
- Then, Remove Fields 18 and 19 to each second condition and click Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes
