Où est le tableau de bord des signatures électroniques?

Bonjour,

j'ai fait une signature électronique mais je voudrais la modifier et je ne vois pas où la trouver sur mon tableau de bord ? Je n'ai que mes formulaires...

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, editing the Sign Document is not possible as the signed document is legal binding. Signed documents can no longer be edited. You can edit it outside Jotform and re-upload it once done. Here's how:

1. On your My Sign Documents page, and click on Create Sign Document on the left side of the page.
2. Click on Upload Document to upload your own document from your device.
3. Drag and drop your document into the Upload box, or click on Upload Document to select it.
4. Once you add your document, click on the Create Signable Document button.

After you create your document, you’ll see an option asking whether to detect fields automatically. To detect fields automatically:

1. Click the Detect Fields button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
2. After it matches the suitable elements with the spaces, click on Keep All.
3. If you want to delete a field, just click on it and then click the Trash Can icon below it.

Or you can manually match your fields:

1. Click on the Dismiss button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
2. In the Document Elements menu on the left, drag and drop the elements to your document.

Et je comprends bien qu'on ne puisse modifier un document avec signature électronique 
par contre le dit-document n'est pas stocké sur mon espace Jotform c'est bien cela ?
Une fois qu'il est créé je ne peux le retrouver que dans les documents de mon ordinateur ?
Parce que sur ma plateforme je ne vois pas du tout sa trace

il te suffit simplement d'en faire la demande par retour de ce mail
et le nécessaire sera fait sous 48h. Si tu veux bien m'en donner la raison,
cela me permettra d'améliorer mes services.

Pardon...  je reprends ce que je viens de poser comme questin :
En fait je vois bien que j'ai mon document dans "mes documents signables"
mais je ne vois pas comment de mon compte Jotforme formulaires, je 
puis y accéder ?
Est ce une autre plateforme à part ?

Hi Chantal,

Yes, as you said, the Sign Docs are not displayed in the same space as the Forms. It's not different platefom, but a Jotform service with different features than the ones provided with the standard forms. Let me show you how to do it. 

1. In the main blue bar at the top of the window, click on the Downward arrow on the right of the Jotform logo.
2. In the menu poping up, select Mes Documents Sign.
3. Once done, you can see that the functionalities dedicated to the Sign Docs are not the same as the one dedicated to the form. As for instance, there is not Submission tables, nor the buttons on the right, only some of them are common.
