Bonjour.

Hi Dias,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I have reviewed your form and currently, the conditions that are displayed on your screenshot does not exist. Are you perhaps referring to this form? If yes, there is a conflict between conditions on your form. Currently, Ton score est de is equal to 20 is used twice. You will have to delete condition 1, 2, and 3 to avoid conflict. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Hover your cursor over the concerned condition and click on the Gear icon.
4. Click on Delete.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Dias_ValerioRépondu le 28 novembre 2024 à 11:07Ok, thank you Christopher. My name is Christele, Dias is my first name. I understand your answer but how do I get the right result based on my score? Currently, I have created a result according to the number of points, and it works. The person arrives on his result page but afterwards, he can the other results and I would like him not to be able to see them. Do I need to remove the following buttons? And how do you make sure that once it's her result, she gets to the thank you page
Many thanks
Christèle

Hi Cristele,
I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this.

Hi Christèle,
You can go for a different approach so that you can effectively show the profile based on their score. You can hide the profile fields and put them in one page. You can then remove the other pages and then set up conditions based on the screenshot that we will provide. Let me show you how it is done:
Hiding the profile fields and removing other page breaks.
- While in Form Builder, click on the Profile Fields that you need to hide while holding the CTRL button on your keyboard.
- On the top right side of the page, click on the Hide button.
- Hover your mouse on the Page Breaks 3-5, on the right side of the page break click on Remove Page.
Setting the conditions to show profile based on score.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen. Now, click on the Add Condition button.
- Select the Show/Hide Field Condition from the options and configure the condition settings based on the screenshot below and then make sure to Save.
Note that I was able to notice that you form has the same profile scoring 15- 19 and 15- 20 which will show the bear and The Wolf for anyone who gets 15-19. No profile score set for 0-4. Now, if I am correct I have modified your scoring, which you can see on the sample form. You can clone it so that you can have a copy of the sample on your my forms page.
Condition settings for profile 0-4
Condition Settings for profiles 5-9
Condition Settings for profiles 10-14
Condition Settings for profiles 15-20
Check the results on the screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
