Now, coming back to your question, you can add your preferred phone number to the options on Calculation Values field on Dropdown field on your form, and then you can use the Paragraph element on your form to display the phone number based on the selected option on Dropdown field and turn the phone number into a link. You can clone my demo form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon on Dropdown field.

2. Click on the Options tab next to the General tab.

3. Scroll down, toggle ON the Calculation Values field.
4. Input your preferred phone number on the options on Calculation Values field.
5. Click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.

6. Scroll down, drag and drop the Paragraph element to your form.

7. Click on the Pencil icon on Paragraph field.

8. Type Telephone Number: on Paragraph field.
9. Click on Form Fields next to Formats on Paragraph field.

10. Click on Choisissez Votre Magasin above Saisissez Une Question on the Dropdown list.

11. Select and copy the {choisissezvotremagasin} label on Paragraph field.
12. Click on the Hyperlink icon on the upper-right part of Paragraph field.

13. Type Tel: and paste the {choisissezvotremagasin} value on URL field.
14. Click on Ok on the lower-right part of the Insert Link modal.
