Je viens vers vous car je suis bloquer sur mes formulaires jot form, pourtant j'ai bien libéré la place nécessaire.

Now, coming back to your question, it seems like the account is in overlimit status despite being within your account limits. I have removed the overlimit status from your account. Please check if the forms are showing correctly now.
