Qu'entendez-vous par espace de téléchargement ?

J'ai supprimé un grand nombre de soumissions et je ne reviens pas dans un espace disponible inférieur à 10 GF.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you need to delete the submissions from the trash to permanently remove them and free up your storage space. It's really easy to do, let me show you how:

1. First, open your form, and click on the Form Builder button which is located on the top-left side of the page.
2. In the dropdown, click on Tables, which will take you to the table of your form’s submissions.
3. Click on the Three Dots icon which is located inside the tab of your table and then select Trashed Entries.
4. Then, on the right side of the screen, click on the Select All button, click on the Delete Forever button to purge your submissions.

Also, let me remind you to download your submission data before purging them to not lose it. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button. 
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
