Création rapport PDF personnalisé par réponse

Bonjour,

Est-il possible de permettre à une personne de télécharger son rapport PDF personnalisé en fonction de ses réponses dans un formulaire d'évaluation ?

Je sais comment faire pour créer le rapport PDF avec les réponses du formulaire mais je voudrais pouvoir ajouter des sections personnalisées pour chaque personne en fonction de ses réponses.

Aussi, si possible mettre des graphiques,...

About your question, you can add a Download PDF Button to your Thank You Page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. Click on the Action Buttons button, and then select Download PDF.
4. Select PDF Document, and then click on Create at the bottom-right side of the window. That's it.

For your other question, about adding custom sections and graphics in the PDF, can you share the URL of the form and explain a bit more about what customization you want to do? You can take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
