Je cherche une alternative à la plateforme "Quicktapsurvey" que mon entreprise utilise depuis de nombreuses années, mais qui va malheureusement fermer ses portes.
Nous avons un critère principal, c'est la possibilité de faire remplir des sondages, formulaires ou autres quizz tout en étant hors ligne, sans connexion internet.

Je n'ai pas trouvé l'information sur votre site. Est-ce une fonctionnalité que peut offrir Jotform?

For more information on what we are looking for, here are all our criteria:

• The platform must be fully usable in French
• offline mode, on 14 different iPads that we use at events to collect survey responses.
• 1 admin can be quite sufficient.
• We would like to be able to convert the responses easily to excel, and ideally, be able to easily generate graphs with the responses from Jotform directly.
• We collect between 500 and 3000 responses per month.

Do you have anything that would be suitable?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can use offline mode in Jotform Mobile App, and then open your form in Kiosk mode. Kiosk mode turns your device into a survey station. Kiosk mode with Screen Lock gives form respondents access only to a specific form and doesn’t allow access to other apps. You can collect submissions even if you’re offline. The data is stored on your device and automatically syncs with your Jotform account once you have an internet connection. Let me walk you through it:

1. On your My Form page on your Jotform Mobile App, tap on the form that you want to open in Kiosk Mode.

2. Scroll down in the menu that comes up, and then toggle on Offline mode.

3. Now, click on Kiosk Mode, and then adjust the Kiosk Settings as you like.

4. Click on Launch Kiosk at the bottom. And that's it.
