    Bonjour,

    https://form.jotform.com/242732348145355

et le code dans le screenshot du code QR généré.

Pour le lecteur de code QR : https://form.jotform.com/243382041889362

Il faut de plus ne rien soumettre en manuel pour permettre de la fluidité dans les accès.

Merci par avance pour votre retour.

    Hi partnersee,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Hi partnersee,

When I cloned and tested your form, I encountered an issue where the form couldn't be submitted. Upon scanning the QR code, it only sends an email. The generated values based on your calculation are as follows:

    John Smith;Oui;john@example.com;élève;;;Oui;TE 2024-25-École Polytechnique-0250

These details are what appear in the QR code widget. Can you share with us a detailed flow of your desired outcome so I can help you better?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hello.

When the form is submitted, it sends an attachment in which there is a qr code with the value generated according to the following calculation. :

    John Smith;Yes;john@example.com;student;;;Yes;TE 2024-25-École Polytechnique-0250

I would like to make a QR code reader to read the information generated above and to ensure that this information is correct (therefore in the table of registered users) in order to display "access validated" or "access not validated" depending on the case.

This QR code reader must have a fluid use without having to be systematically submitted. In order to facilitate the flow of access to the site entrance.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi partenairesee,

Are you trying to generate a QR code based on the form calculation result which you've provided?

    John Smith;Yes;john@example.com;student;;;Yes;TE 2024-25-École Polytechnique-0250

Not a QR code for the form nor the submission data?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hello,

No, not at all, a young person registered on our form and received an email with a QR code attached:

    "John Smith;Yes;john@example.com;student;;;Yes;TE 2024-25-École Polytechnique-0250"

And went to the forum reception with his QR code.

We need to create a QR code reader to read his code and allow him access, to do this we need to make sure that the code read "John Smith;Yes;john@example.com;student;;;Yes;TE 2024-25-École Polytechnique-0250"

Is in our database and that he is registered!

The person who reads the QR code at the entrance to the forum sees the validated access code on their screen and this allows us to validate the number of people present on site.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi partenairesee,

Unfortunately, Jotform doesn't offer a built-in QR code reader. However, you can use any QR code reader app on a smartphone or tablet to scan the codes. Once the QR code is scanned, you can manually check the information against your submission tables to ensure it matches. This process will help you validate access for the forum attendees efficiently.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
