How different users can open my form in offline mode?

With Assign Forms, you can share forms with specific people, easily keep track of your submissions, and set up reminder emails. Assign Forms also makes it easier for your assignees to access the forms they need to complete. They can then open the form in offline mode on their Jotform Mobile app account. Let me show you how you can assign your forms:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Assign Form.

3. Under Assign By Email, enter the email address of the assignee, and then click on Send Invitation.
