Certains ne peuvent pas accéder à Jotform

Avez-vous un retour d'expérience à me partager ?

Les formulaires fonctionnent par ailleurs dans le reste de l'entreprise. Mon service informatique ne semble savoir où chercher...

Now, coming back to your question, you're IT team needs to ensure to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in your organization's firewall and email filters. Also, check if there are any network policies or configurations that might be blocking access to Jotform for those specific users.
