    je n’arrive pas à me connecter à mon compte depuis mon ordi, j’ai une erreur qui s’affiche quand je me connecte par Google


    pouvezz vous m’aider svp )

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, can you try logging into your Gmail account first on your web browser? If you're already logged in, try signing out and then signing back in. Once you're successfully signed in, attempt to log into your Jotform account again using Google.

    Give it try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Guillaume,

    This is an issue related to the Google Account third-party connections, and my also be related to your browser. You might want to try some of the following:

    • Disconnect from your VPN if any.
    • Try in private mode or with another browser.
    • Deactivate browser extensions.
    • Clear your browser cookies and cache.

    And then, sign in to your Google Account before log in to your Jotform account.
