Hi lcoutard,
Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Most QR code errors are due to these types of problems. QR codes that are printed on paper, for example, don’t always age very well. But sometimes even freshly printed codes have problems. Here are some factors to consider.
- The code is too small or too blurry
- It’s not placed in a well-lit environment
- The code is dirty or damaged
I cleared your form's cache on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Also, try to clear your browser's cache and try again.
If the issue still persists, take a screenshot of the error and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Any additional details you can provide will be valuable in resolving this issue promptly.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi lcoutard,
The error message means that your account is Over limit because of upload space limit reached. You will need to delete submissions with file uploads to free up space. Please note that deleted submissions are soft deleted and will remain in the system for 30 days in case you need to restore them. If you want to permanently delete the submissions in the trash to free up upload space, then you will need to purge the submissions. Let me show you how:
- Click the three dots beside the form name and select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
- Click Delete Forever.
- Lastly, click Delete to confirm that submissions will be permanently deleted.
If you want to upgrade your account. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
Let us know if you need any more help.
