Hi Francis,
I see you already processed a plan cancellation. Keep in mind that cancellations don't take effect immediately, your plan will remain active and usable until the end of the paid period. On the other hand, if you'd rather get a refund, fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it. Once approved, the account will also be switched to the Starter (Free) plan.
